The Helical Group is working in partnership with the The Partnering Initiative of the International Business Leader Forum to deliver a national training programme in Rwanda.  The project has been commissioned by Partnerships for Education, the joint initiative of UNESCO and the World Economic Forum, and started in April 2010.  The aim of the project is to build local capacity to deliver systemic improvements in educational infrastructure and provision through a partnership of international business, multi-lateral and national government agencies and civil society organisations operating in the country.  Phase one of the project was completed in May 2011; phase two is focused on scaling up and is due for completion in 2012.
